‘Mimi’

                                      

After building excitement around her much-awaited film Mimi based on surrogacy, Kriti Sanon has unveiled its first look poster.

 

Mimi revolves around India's gradual acceptance of the concept of surrogacy. The original film of the same name, from which it is inspired, received a National Award for Best Feature Film in Marathi in 2011.This will probably be the first time that Kriti Sanon will play the lead in a film. 

 

Kriti has shared the poster with a few inspirational words in her caption. ‘Life is a journey filled with unexpected miracles. Get ready for a journey like never before, #Mimi !! This one’s gonna be so special.. #DineshVijan @laxman.utekar #PankajTripathi @MaddockFilms @officialjiocinema', reads her post. While replying to her tweet Pankaj said यात्रा कमाल होने वाली है दोस्त।@kritisanon सुप्रभात।

 

 

The film will be directed by Laxman Utekar of Luka Chuppi fame. The poster looks intriguing and we can’t wait to know more about the film. Meanwhile, Kriti Sanon will be next seen in Ashutosh Gowariker’s Panipat which also stars Arjun Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt. Pankaj Tripathi will be seen in the film Gunjan Saxena The Kargil Girl which also stars Janhvi Kapoor and Angad Bedi
